ASA International Group plc - Grant of Options

ASA International Group plc (LSE: ASAI), one of the world's largest international microfinance institutions, announces that on 15 June 2026 it has granted options over 380,666 ordinary shares of £0.01 each under its Long-Term Incentive Plan to Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities. The Long-Term Incentive Plan aims to motivate and retain directors and senior management, while also aligning their interests with those of shareholders to foster long-term value creation.

Long-term incentive awards granted in 2026 are subject to the performance conditions and weightings as outlined in section 4.6.2. of the Remuneration Committee report in the 2025 Annual Report (pages 111-112).

The options will normally vest, subject to continued employment and performance conditions, on the following schedule:

§ 20% each year between the first and fifth anniversaries of the date of the grant of options; or

§ For Executive Directors, 60% on the third anniversary and 20% on each of the fourth and fifth anniversaries of the date of the grant of options

To the extent they vest, the options are exercisable at a price of £1.93 per ordinary share, being the average share price for the three business days before the grant date.
