Shareholder Transaction and Directorate Update 

 

London, UK, 11 May 2026 - Arqiva, the leading media services and communications infrastructure operator, today confirms that a fund managed by IFM Investors ("IFM"), a minority shareholder in Arqiva, has completed the sale of its 14.84% holding to funds managed and advised by Polus Capital Management ("Polus") ("the Transaction").

 

The Company also announces the appointment of Sarah Munby as a Non-Executive Director as of 08 May 2026.

 

Sarah brings a wealth of experience to Arqiva's Board, with a career spanning over 20 years across both the private and public sectors. She was most recently Permanent Secretary of the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) where she oversaw the UK's approach to technological, scientific and digital change, including the national approach to AI. Before joining the civil service, Sarah was a Partner at McKinsey, where she led the firm's Strategy and Corporate Finance practice in the UK and Ireland.
