Winchester, UK, 01 October 2026: Arqiva today announces the appointment of Simon Duffy as Chair of the Board, effective 01 October 2026.  

Simon Duffy is an experienced business leader who has held executive and non-executive roles across public and private companies in the UK and internationally. He brings extensive board-level experience spanning the media, telecommunications, technology and entertainment sectors, having served with organisations including Oger Telecom, Wizz Air and Millicom. He also has a strong executive track record in corporate transformation, finance and governance, having held senior leadership positions including Chief Executive Officer of NTL and Chief Financial Officer of Orange. 

He currently serves as Non-Executive Chair of Modern Times Group AB, Viaplay Group AB and LW Theatres Limited, and as a Non-Executive Director of LW Entertainment Holdings Limited.
