Stonepark Zinc Project, Ireland: New and Robust Zone of Mineralisation Discovered

Most Significant Stonepark Drilling Result Since Group Eleven Assumed Operatorship in 2017:    2.8m of 8.3% Zn+Pb, including 1.0m of 21.7% Zn+Pb, within 14.7m of 2.0% Zn+Pb, 550m from the Existing Resource; Annual General Meeting at 12 Noon Today

Arkle Resources PLC (LSE:ARK), the energy metals explorer focused on uranium, is pleased to note the announcement made today by Group Eleven Resources Corp. (TSX-V: ZNG) ("Group Eleven"), operator of the Stonepark zinc-lead project in County Limerick, Ireland ("Stonepark" or the "Project"), in which Arkle holds an estimated 21.38% interest³. Group Eleven has reported that a new and robust zone of zinc-lead mineralisation has been discovered at Stonepark, in a step-out hole drilled 550m from the closest edge of the Stonepark Mineral Resource Estimate ("MRE")¹, in previously untested ground. Group Eleven has described the result as the most significant progress at Stonepark since it acquired the licence block in 2017.

Highlights

•   High-Grade Step-Out Intersection: step-out hole 26-2638-07 intersected 2.8m of 8.3% Zn+Pb (5.5% Zn and 2.9% Pb), including 1.0m of 21.7% Zn+Pb (13.8% Zn and 7.9% Pb) and 4 g/t Ag, within 6.3m of 4.1% Zn+Pb and a broader mineralised zone of 14.7m of 2.0% Zn+Pb from 461m downhole.

•   New Zone in Previously Untested Ground: the hole was drilled 550m from the closest edge of the Stonepark MRE, in a previously untested area outside the existing resource. Together with the nearest historic hole 150m away (TC-2638-030: 3.2m of 4.4% Zn+Pb, also outside the MRE), Group Eleven considers the potential for resource growth in this immediate locality to have drastically improved.

•    Most Mineralised Step-Out to Date: Group Eleven has described the result as its most significant progress at Stonepark since acquiring the licence block in 2017, and the most mineralised of the seven step-out holes drilled in the vicinity of the MRE in that period. Both mineralised zones sit within the lowest 65m of the Waulsortian Limestone and comprise sphalerite, galena and pyrite, with a second zone of 16.1m of 0.4% Zn from 507m downhole.

•   Copper-Silver Potential Being Tested: the hole was extended to 894m to test for deeper copper-silver mineralisation below the Waulsortian Limestone, with assays pending.

•   Ongoing Drilling: two additional holes are planned as part of the remainder of the current 2,700m Stonepark drill campaign, with follow-up drilling in the new zone likely, subject to Group Eleven board approval, as part of a larger c. 12,800m campaign expected to start in late 2026 or early 2027.

•   Annual General Meeting Today: the Company's AGM will be held at 12.00 noon today at the Teeling Whiskey Distillery, 13-17 Newmarket, The Liberties, Dublin 8, D08 KD91. The Board warmly invites all shareholders who are available to attend.

Rory Harding, Chief Executive Officer, commented:

"This is the most significant drilling result at Stonepark since Group Eleven assumed operatorship in 2017, and the most mineralised of the seven step-out holes drilled near the resource in that time. Massive to semi-massive sulphide in a previously untested area, 550m from the resource and 150m from a mineralised historic hole, drastically improves the potential for resource growth at the Project.

"Stonepark sits directly adjacent to Glencore's Pallas Green zinc-lead deposit² in the Limerick Volcanic Complex. Through its estimated 21.38% interest, Arkle is providing shareholders with meaningful exposure to the upside of a major drilling campaign on a highly prospective zinc asset without the burden of significant exploration expenditure. Results of this nature underline the strategic value of our Stonepark interest alongside our uranium and lithium projects in Africa."

"I look forward to welcoming shareholders to our AGM at midday today at the Teeling Whiskey Distillery in Dublin, where the Board will be pleased to discuss Stonepark, our Namibian uranium drilling and the wider portfolio."

Stonepark Drill Update

Group Eleven reports that mineralisation in the new intercept (from 461m) consists of partial replacement of the Waulsortian Limestone in a dissolution breccia over 14.7m, with local massive to semi-massive pyrite, sphalerite and lesser galena zones, in aggregate totalling approximately 0.90m over an interval of 3.06m (from 462.75m to 465.81m). The lower zone (from 507m) consists of minor partial replacement associated with calcite veins and minor pyrite, sphalerite and galena over approximately 16m.

A second hole in the current campaign (26-2531-03, located near the southern portion of the Project) was drilled to 245m but encountered bad ground and was terminated prior to reaching its 600m target depth. Two further holes are scheduled to be completed over the coming months.

Sampling, Analytical Procedures and QAQC

Group Eleven reports that all core drilled at Stonepark is NQ (47.6mm) and is cut using a rock saw, with sample intervals of 0.84m to 1.92m (average 1.11m over 71 samples). Half-core samples are bagged, labelled and sealed at Group Eleven's core store facility in Limerick, Ireland, and transported via accredited courier and/or Group Eleven staff to ALS Laboratories in Loughrea, Co. Galway, Ireland, for preparation and 34-element four-acid ICP-AES analysis (codes ME-ICP61 and ME-OG62). Certified reference materials and blank material are inserted into the sample stream as part of an industry-standard QAQC programme, and the QC results have been reviewed by Group Eleven's Qualified Person, who is satisfied that all results are within acceptable parameters and has validated the sampling and chain of custody protocols used by Group Eleven.

Annual General Meeting

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 12.00 noon today, Thursday 23 July 2026, at the Teeling Whiskey Distillery, 13-17 Newmarket, The Liberties, Dublin 8, D08 KD91, Ireland. About Arkle Resources

Arkle Resources PLC (AIM: ARK) is a multi-commodity exploration company focused on metals which are essential for the generation and storage of clean energy: uranium, lithium and zinc. Its projects are in tier-1 mining jurisdictions in Namibia, Botswana and Ireland, adjacent to world-class deposits.

Founded in 2004 by John Teeling and Jim Finn, the Company co-discovered the Stonepark zinc deposit in County Limerick, now Ireland's second largest undeveloped resource, in joint venture with Teck Ireland. Teck's interest was acquired by Group Eleven Resources (TSX-V: ZNG), who continue to advance the project alongside Arkle.

In January 2026, the Company announced a transformative deal to acquire Namibia Uranium Pty Ltd, which has introduced four highly prospective uranium licences contiguous to major producing and development assets in what is a world-class uranium jurisdiction. This acquisition, alongside the Company's existing licence portfolio and the introduction of new management, repositions Arkle to become a leading explorer in energy metals.
