Result of Annual General Meeting

All Resolutions Passed; Operational Update Presented to Shareholders

Arkle Resources PLC (LSE:ARK), the energy metals explorer focused on uranium, is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company, held at 12.00 noon today at the Teeling Whiskey Distillery, Dublin, were duly passed.

The Board thanks shareholders for their attendance and continued support. The highlights of the presentation made to shareholders at the AGM are set out below, and the full presentation is available on the Company's website at www.arkleresources.com.

Highlights of the AGM Presentation

•     Repositioned as a Uranium-Focused Energy Metals Explorer: in January 2026 the Company completed the transformative acquisition of Namibia Uranium Pty Ltd, introducing four Exclusive Prospecting Licences covering 540 km² in Namibia's Erongo uranium belt, contiguous to the Rössing, Trekkopje and Marenica deposits, supported by a significantly oversubscribed £1.7 million placing.

•     Namibia: Maiden Drilling Underway and Expanded: following completion of Phase 1 geophysics (over 12,000 line-km of airborne radiometrics and magnetics, ground HLEM profiling and downhole logging of historical drillholes), the fully funded maiden RC drilling programme on EPL 8995 commenced in July 2026 and has been expanded, with 66 holes completed for 1,615 m to date across the paleochannel targets, carnotite visually logged in three holes, downhole GRS surveying underway, the western paleochannel fence complete, eastern step-out holes planned and five ULG reconnaissance holes brought forward. First assay results are expected in early September 2026.

•     Zinc: Significant Step-Out Result at Stonepark: as announced this morning, operator Group Eleven Resources has discovered a new and robust zone of mineralisation at the Stonepark Project (Arkle 21.38% interest), with step-out hole 26-2638-07 intersecting 2.8m of 8.3% Zn+Pb, including 1.0m of 21.7% Zn+Pb, within 14.7m of 2.0% Zn+Pb, 550m from the existing 5.1 Mt Stonepark resource. Approximately 15,500 m of Group Eleven drilling is planned across Stonepark and the wider district over the next 18 months, at no cash cost to Arkle.

•     Lithium: Botswana Brine Licences Advancing: the Company holds three 100%-owned prospecting licences covering 1,612 km² of the Makgadikgadi Salt Pans, where geophysics has confirmed continuous brine-bearing layers beneath all surveyed licences. The Environmental Impact Assessment is targeted for completion in 2026, ahead of an initial shallow drilling and brine sampling programme.

•     Well Positioned for the Second Half: the Company is fully funded for its current work programmes, with steady news flow expected through H2 2026 across drilling results in Namibia, the Group Eleven campaigns at Stonepark, and the advancement of the Botswana licences.

Rory Harding, Chief Executive Officer, commented:

"Thank you to the shareholders who joined us in Dublin today. Twelve months ago Arkle was a zinc and lithium explorer; today it is a uranium-led energy metals company with the drill bit turning in Namibia, visible uranium mineralisation logged in our first holes, a significant new zinc result at Stonepark announced this morning, and a fully funded programme through the second half. We look forward to reporting assay results from early September."

Further announcements will be made as and when appropriate.

About Arkle Resources

Arkle Resources PLC (AIM: ARK) is a multi-commodity exploration company focused on metals which are essential for the generation and storage of clean energy: uranium, lithium and zinc. Its projects are in tier-1 mining jurisdictions in Namibia, Botswana and Ireland, adjacent to world-class deposits.

Founded in 2004 by John Teeling and Jim Finn, the Company co-discovered the Stonepark zinc deposit in County Limerick, now Ireland's second largest undeveloped resource, in joint venture with Teck Ireland. Teck's interest was acquired by Group Eleven Resources (TSX-V: ZNG), who continue to advance the project alongside Arkle.

In January 2026, the Company announced a transformative deal to acquire Namibia Uranium Pty Ltd, which has introduced four highly prospective uranium licences contiguous to major producing and development assets in what is a world-class uranium jurisdiction. This acquisition, alongside the Company's existing licence portfolio and the introduction of new management, repositions Arkle to become a leading explorer in energy metals.
