Result of AGM and Updated Corporate Presentation

Ariana Resources plc (AIM: AAU, ASX: AA2, "Ariana" or the "Company"), the mineral exploration and development company with gold project interests in Africa and Europe, is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.  All proxy voting will be made available on the Ariana Resources' website.

An updated corporate presentation on the Dokwe Gold Project is now available on the website.
