Ortac Resources Ltd, the AIM listed exploration and development company focussed on natural resource projects in Europe, announces that the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company will be held at 2nd Floor, Albert House, South Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3AJ on 6 September 2012 at 12 p.m.

The Company also announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2012, together with the Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy, have been posted to shareholders and are available for download at the Company's website at www.ortacresources.com.
