Ortac Resources Ltd, the AIM listed exploration and development company focussed on natural resource projects in Europe, was notified on 23 August 2012 that Anthony Balme, Executive Chairman of the Company acquired 4 million ordinary shares on 23 August 2012 at an average price of 0.005p each.

Following this transaction, Mr. Balme has an interest in 163,373,463 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 7.06% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
