Resignation of Director

Ortac Resources Ltd, the AIM listed exploration and development company, today announces that Charles Wood, Executive Director, has resigned from the board of the Company and also from its subsidiary Ortac Resources (UK) Ltd, with immediate effect.

The Ortac board would like to thank Mr. Wood for his contribution to the development of Ortac and its projects and wishes him well with his future endeavours.
