Ortac Resources Ltd, the AIM listed exploration and development company focussed on natural resource projects in Europe, was notified on 11 February 2014 that on 11 February 2014 Mr. Anthony Balme, Executive Chairman of the Company, through his ISA, bought 2,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of 0.235p per share. Following the transaction Mr. Balme has an interest in 174,373,463 ordinary shares representing 6.93 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
