Directors' Shareholding

Ortac Resources Ltd, the AIM listed exploration and development company focussed on natural resource projects in Europe, was notified on 23 January 2014 that on 23 January 2014 Mr. Anthony Balme, Executive Chairman of the Company, through AMC Limited, a company which Mr. Balme is director and shareholder, bought 3,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of 0.255p per share. Following the transaction Mr. Balme has an interest in 172,373,463 ordinary shares representing 6.85 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company was also notified on 28 January 2014 that, on that date, Vassillios Carellas, CEO of Ortac, sold a total of 4,600,000 ordinary shares at a price of 0.25p per share and immediately repurchased 4,562,440 ordinary shares at a price of 0.2505p per share through a Bed and ISA arrangement. Following the transactions Mr. Carellas has an interest in 35,462,440 ordinary shares representing 1.41 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
