Ortac Resources Ltd, the AIM listed exploration and development company focussed on natural resource projects in Europe, was notified on 23 January 2014 that on 22 January 2014 Mr. Anthony Balme, Executive Chairman of the Company, through The Carter Pension Scheme, bought 3,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of 0.255p per share. Following the transaction Mr. Balme has an interest in 169,373,463 ordinary shares representing 6.73 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
