Ortac Resources Ltd, the AIM listed exploration and development company focussed on natural resource projects in Europe, was notified on 20 September 2012 that on 19 September 2012 Mr. Anthony Balme, Executive Chairman of the Company, acquired 6,500,000 ordinary shares at a price of 0.67p per share from Carter Capital, a company which Mr. Balme has a beneficial interest. Mr. Balme continues to have an interest in 163,373,463 ordinary shares representing 7.06 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
