Ortac Resources Ltd, the AIM listed exploration and development company focussed on natural resource projects in Europe, was notified on 16 May 2013 that on that date Mr. Vassilios Carellas, Chief Executive Officer of the Company bought 2,644,017 ordinary shares at an average price of 0.2531p per share. Following the transaction Mr. Carellas has an interest in 35,500,000 ordinary shares representing 1.53 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
