Directors' Shareholding

Ortac Resources Ltd, the AIM listed exploration and development company focussed on natural resource projects in Europe, was notified on 8 May 2013 that on that day Mr. Paul Heber, Non-executive Director of the Company, purchased via his SIPP 2,400,000 ordinary shares at a price of 0.215p per share. Following the transaction, Mr Heber has an interest in 5,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.22% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company was also informed on 9 May 2013 that on 8 May 2013 AMC Ltd, a company which Mr. Anthony Balme, Executive Chairman of the Company, is director and shareholder of, purchased 2,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of 0.215p. Following the transaction Mr Balme has an interest in 165,373,463 ordinary shares in the Company representing 7.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
