Directorate Change: Resignation of non-executive director  

 

Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC ("the Company") announces that Jayne Almond, independent non-executive director, has decided to step down from its Board with effect from 1 September 2026 in order to focus on her other commitments. Jayne Almond is a member of the Company's Audit Committee.

 

Ms Almond will also be retiring from the board of Arbuthnot Latham & Co., Limited, the Company's banking subsidiary, from the same date.

 

Sir Henry Angest, Chairman and Chief Executive of the Company commented:

 

"I would like to thank Jayne for her valuable contribution to the Company during her three years on the Board. Her wealth of experience in banking and her participation in Board discussions have been much appreciated. I wish her well for the future."

 

This notification has been made pursuant to the Company's obligations under Rule 17 to the AIM Rules for Companies and Rule 4.9 of the AQSE Growth Market Apex Rulebook.
