On 28 January 2026, the Company received notification that The Jolly Foundation, a registered charity and private company limited by guarantee, of which John Roberts (a director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company) is a trustee, member and director, sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 107p per share on 26 January 2026.

As a result of the transactions, The Jolly Foundation holds 4,547,115 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.79% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
