Death of Non-Executive Director

Anpario plc (AIM: ANP), the independent manufacturer of natural sustainable animal feed additives for health, nutrition and biosecurity, regrets to announce the death of Tim Pollock, non-executive director of the Company, after an illness.

The Board extends its deep condolences to Tim's family.  Tim joined Anpario as non-executive director in August 2023, where he was also chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit and Nominations Committees.

Matthew Robinson, Chairman, commented:

"All Tim's colleagues at Anpario will be much saddened by the news of his passing. Tim's contribution to Anpario's progress, delivered from his deep industry knowledge and with his customary good-heartedness, has been much appreciated over the last three years."

The Board has been reviewing the appointment of further non-executive directors as envisaged by the QCA Corporate Governance Code and will provide updates in due course.
