Andrada strengthens Board expertise to support its next phase of growth

Andrada Mining Limited (AIM: ATM, OTCQB: ATMTF), a tin producer with a portfolio of critical metal mining and exploration assets in Namibia, is pleased to announce the appointment of Neil Gawthorpe and Lili Alexandra Nupen-Staude as Independent Non-Executive Directors with immediate effect, subject to shareholder approval at Company's 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

At the same time, the Board announces the retirement of Glen Parsons, Independent Non-Executive Board Chairman, and Laurence Robb, Independent Non-Executive Director, with effect from 30 September 2026, following approximately nine years of service in the Company. Glen will remain as a consultant to the Company to support the orderly transition of the new Board. Following the Company's board succession plan, Gida Nakazibwe Sekandi will assume Chair of the Board, with effect from the conclusion of the AGM.

Glen Parsons, Independent Non-Executive Chairman, commented:

Neil and Lili bring skills and extensive experience that will further strengthen the Board and support the execution of Andrada's strategic objectives. Their combined expertise spans mining operations, project development, strategic transactions, governance, regulatory matters and stakeholder engagement, all of which will be valuable as Andrada continues to advance its portfolio of critical minerals assets.

I am also delighted that Gida Nakazibwe Sekandi will succeed me as Chair. Since joining the Board in May 2023, she has made a significant contribution to its work, including its governance, remuneration and ESG oversight. From March 2026, she has served as the chair of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee. Gida is a highly regarded leader in the Namibian business community.Her strong governance credentials, extensive board experience, sound understanding of the Company, together with her professional and board experience across the ,mining, financial services, energy and social sectors in Namibia. All these factors position her well to lead the Board through its next chapter of growth.

Neil Gawthorpe

Neil Gawthorpe is a mining executive with more than 30 years of international experience across mine operations, project development, business development, mergers and acquisitions, commodity marketing and corporate leadership. He has extensive experience operating across Africa and Europe and has a proven track record in operational optimisation, project financing and strategic growth initiatives.

Mr Gawthorpe is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BB Global Resources Ltd. He was previously Co-Founder and Executive Director of Ayrad Group Ltd and Chief Executive Officer of Compagnie Minière de Oumejrane S.A. in Morocco. He has also served as Chief Executive Officer of Tungsten West plc and held the position of Senior Vice President, Business Development at Allied Gold, together with earlier executive roles at Sierra Rutile Limited.

He holds a BEng (Hons) in Mineral Engineering from the University of Leeds.

Lili Alexandra Nupen-Staude

Lili Alexandra Nupen-Staude is an attorney, entrepreneur and business leader with approximately 20 years of experience advising boards, investors, financiers, regulators and industry stakeholders across the mining, environmental and energy sectors throughout Africa. She brings extensive expertise in corporate governance, ESG, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, risk management and strategic business development.

Ms Nupen-Staude is Co-Founder and Director of NSDV Incorporated, a specialist law firm focused on the mining, environmental, energy and construction sectors. Prior to founding NSDV, she was a director in the mining department at Malan Scholes Attorneys and began her career at Bowman Gilfillan, advising clients on corporate transactions, regulatory matters and strategic projects across, amongst others, the natural resources sector.

She holds an MBA (Cum Laude) from Wits Business School, which included an international exchange at HEC Paris, together with LLB and Bachelor of Social Sciences degrees from the University of Cape Town and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
