Peter Truscott, Non-Executive Director, has given notice of his resignation from the Board, to take effect on 10 September 2026.

The Board wishes to express its sincere thanks to Peter for his contribution and commitment to the Board over the last six years. He has diligently chaired the Regulatory Compliance Oversight Committee and been a valued member of the Audit & Risk, Asset Investment & Development and Remuneration committees.
