Anchor Hanover Group (the Issuer) £450,000,000 2 per cent Secured Sustainability Bonds due 2051 (ISIN XS2349738190).

On 19 March 2026, the Issuer announced the appointment of Susan Hickey as Interim Chief Financial Officer. The Issuer is pleased to confirm that Susan commenced her appointment on 27 April 2026 and was appointed to the Board on 28 July 2028.

Anchor operates a unitary board structure with nine Non-executive Directors and two Executive Directors, being the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer.
