Anchor Hanover Group (the Issuer/Anchor) £450,000,000 2 per cent Secured Sustainability Bonds due 2051 (ISIN XS2349738190).

The Issuer announces that Amanda Holgate has informed the Board of her intention to step down as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Board member.

Prior to her interim career, she served as Chief Financial Officer at Peabody Trust for a decade.
