Production Update: Achievement of First 5kg Gold Milestone

Amigo Resources PLC (LSE: AMGO) is pleased to announce that its Tanzanian processing operations have produced 5 kilograms of gold since the commissioning of processing activities. This achievement marks the Company's first meaningful production and serves as a formal validation of the Group's vertically integrated mining and processing strategy.

Highlights

·    Significant Production Milestone: Achievement of the first 5 kilograms of gold produced between the start of commissioning (as announced on 24 July 2026) and 31 July 2026 from the Company's Mojimoto and Kabete operations.

·    Operational Validation: Successful transition from infrastructure commissioning into active production levels, validating the Group's organically developed Tanzanian hubs.

·    Optimisation Underway: Throughput and recovery optimisation is currently in progress, with production levels expected to increase over the coming weeks.

·    Inaugural Report: This announcement constitutes the Company's first monthly production update under the new transparency standard established to provide regular data to the market.

Operational Achievement: 5kg Milestone

The achievement of the first 5 kilograms of gold represents the definitive transition from vision to execution for Amigo's Tanzanian assets and is a validation of its development model. Both processing plants are now operating successfully, establishing the necessary foundation for a planned ramp-up in throughput and recoveries. Current activity remains focused on technical optimisation as processing rates are progressively increased.

Craig Ransley, Executive Chair of Amigo Resources PLC, commented:

"Producing our first 5kg of gold is a landmark milestone that validates Amigo's evolution from vision to execution. Following our announcement on 24 July 2026 that processing had been commissioned, we have established successful operations at Mojimoto and Kabete in short order, delivering these figures as at 31 July 2026.

This specific achievement represents our first meaningful commercial recovery and serves as a formal proof of concept for our vertically integrated mining model.

While these early figures represent the first stage of our journey, they provide a robust platform for the rapid scale-up we have planned. Our team is now focused on throughput and recovery optimisation across both plants, with production levels expected to increase steadily over the coming weeks.

Our transition to a standardised monthly reporting cycle begins with this inaugural July report, reflecting our commitment to the transparency required to value Amigo as an established producer. We remain focused on ramping up our Tanzanian hubs safely and efficiently as we continue to deliver gold to the vault".
