 Notice of Full Year Results and Investor Presentation

Alumasc, the premium sustainable building products, systems and solutions Group, will publish its audited results for the 12 months ended 30 June 2026 ("Full Year Results") on Tuesday 15 September 2026.

Vijay Thakrar, Interim Executive Chair, and Simon Dray, Chief Financial Officer, will provide an in-person presentation to sell-side analysts at 9am BST on Tuesday 15 September 2026, this will also be available via Zoom. If you would like to attend, please RSVP to [e-mail].

An online investor presentation and Q&A session, which is open to all existing and potential shareholders via the Investor Meet Company platform will be held on Wednesday, 16 September 2026 at 3:00pm. Please use the link below to register.
