Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), a technology and services provider specialising in end-to-end solutions for the branded merchandise and promotional products industry, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2026, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and related Form of Proxy, have been distributed to shareholders.

The AGM will be held at the offices of Singer Capital Markets, 1 Bartholomew Lane, London, EC2N 2AX, on 22 September 2026 at 11:30 a.m.
