Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), a technology and services provider specialising in end-to-end solutions for the branded merchandise and promotional products industry, announces the following dealings made by a director in its ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary Shares").

Martin Varley, Chief Strategy Officer, purchased 26,124 Ordinary Shares at a price of 21.8 pence per share. Following the purchase of Ordinary Shares, Martin Varley's beneficial holding is 10,095,281 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 13.8% of the Company's issued share capital.
