EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING VOTING RESULTS

 

The Board of Alternative Liquidity Fund Limited (the "Company ") is pleased to announce the results of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM ") which was held at the registered office of the Company at 11.00am on 7 October 2026. Resolution 1 was proposed as a Special Resolution and Resolutions 2 to 5 were proposed as Ordinary Resolutions.

 

The result of the voting was:

 

Resolution 1: THAT the Company be placed into Members' Voluntary Liquidation.

Votes for: 42,752,796 (99.99%)

Votes against: 581

Votes withheld: 1,574,752

Result: resolution passed

 

Resolution 2: THAT Benjamin Rhodes and Oliver Beaton of Grant Thornton Advisors Limited, St James Place, St James Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2NZ, be hereby appointed Joint Liquidators.

Resolution 3: THAT any one of the Joint Liquidators is hereby empowered to transact on behalf of the Company.

Such time will be charged at applicable hourly rates, and liquidation costs are estimated to be between £16,000 - £20,000 (plus disbursements estimated at c.£1,000).
