Change of Name
ATC Music Group plc (AIM: ATC), a progressive, independent music company delivering representation, services and creative commercial solutions, announces that it has changed its name from All Things Considered Group plc to ATC Music Group plc.
Following a period of continued organic expansion and targeted acquisitions, the change of name reflects the Group's evolution and the breadth of its activities across the full spectrum of the music value chain. The new name also more closely aligns the Group with the ATC name by which it is widely known across the industry and therefore better reflects its heritage and strong reputation.
The Company confirms that the change of name has been notified to the London Stock Exchange and trading in the Company's shares under the new company name will take effect on AIM from 8.00 a.m. on 16 January 2026.
The Company's shares will continue to trade on AIM under its existing ticker symbol, ATC, with no change to the Group's Legal Entity Identifier (LEI), ISIN or SEDOL.
Shareholders should note that their shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name. Existing share certificates should be retained as they will remain valid for all purposes and no new share certificates will be issued.
