The Board of Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC announces that Adrian Chamberlain, Non-Executive Director, is stepping down from the Board with effect from today.

Andrew Page, Chair, said:

 "I would like to take this opportunity to thank Adrian for his commitment and insightful contribution to the Board since joining in 2020. The Board and I wish him the very best in his future endeavours."
