Director/PDMR Shareholding

Ajax (AQSE: AJAX) the natural resources investment company, announces that Elmlea Properties Limited (“Elmlea”), a person closely associated (“PCA”) with a person discharging managerial responsibilities (“PDMR”) Michael Hutchinson, Non-Executive Chairman who has an advisory involvement to Elmlea (Mr Hutchinson is not a director of Elmlea and does not hold any executive or managerial role within Elmlea), has purchased 125,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 8.00 pence per share.

Following the above purchase, Elmlea has a total interest of 4,787,500 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 3.98% of the issued Ordinary Shares.
