Block Admission Application

 

AJ Bell announces that a new block admission application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 10,996,902 ordinary shares of £0.000125 pence per share ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

The New Ordinary Shares will, upon issue, rank equally with all other ordinary shares of £0.000125 pence per share that are then in issue.

The New Ordinary Shares will be issued or transferred by the Company from time to time to satisfy share awards made under the Company's share schemes, notably the Executive Incentive Plan, Senior Manager Incentive Plan, Company Share Option Plan and Buy as You Earn.

The new block admission application is in addition to the Company's existing block admission dated 24 December 2018, which was subsequently increased on 11 December 2019 and 6 December 2022. As of 27 May 2026, 868,026 Ordinary Shares remained in the existing block admission.

It is expected that admission of the New Ordinary Shares will become effective on 2 June 2026.
