Application for Admission of Shares

AJ Bell announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 1,330,008 ordinary shares of £0.000125 pence per share ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

The New Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of options under a subscription option agreement, and will, upon issue, rank equally with all other ordinary shares of £0.000125 pence per share that are then in issue.

It is expected that admission of the New Ordinary Shares will become effective on 16 September 2026.

Following admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 394,504,766 ordinary shares carrying one vote each.
