Air Astana Confirms BAE Systems' Disposal of 9 Million GDRs

Air Astana JSC (the "Company" and, together with its subsidiary FlyArystan, the "Group") notes the announcement that BAE Systems has successfully completed the sale of 9,000,000 Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs), representing 10.1% of the Company's issued share capital.

Following the transaction BAE Systems retains 6,109,982 GDRs and continues as one of the key shareholders. The disposal was conducted through a market transaction. Further details of the transaction are available in the relevant public disclosures.

As a result of this transaction, Air Astana's free float has increased. We look forward to welcoming new shareholders as the Company embarks on this next stage of its growth journey.
