Further to the Company's announcement of 6 July 2026, AIQ (LSE: AIQ) is pleased to announce that, on 28 July 2026, it issued further convertible loan notes totalling £375k under its convertible loan note instrument with China International Securities Ltd that was entered into on 3 July 2026 (the "New Loan Note Facility").

 

The remaining loan notes of up to £1,125k to be issued under the New Loan Note Facility may be issued in tranches up to and including 14 August 2026.
