The Company announces that, as at 31 March 2026, the Company has in issue 2,127,786,046 Ordinary Shares, of nominal value of €0.625 each which carry voting rights. There are no shares held in treasury.

The above figure of 2,127,786,046 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007, as amended, and the Central Bank (Investment Market Conduct) Rules.
