RUUKKI GROUP PLC'S 2013 FINANCIAL REPORTING CALENDAR AND DATE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

During 2013 Ruukki Group Plc ("Ruukki" or the "Company") (LSE: RKKI, OMX: RUG1V) will publish its financial results as follows:

- Full Year 2012 Results on 14 February 2013
- Annual Report 2012 during week commencing 25 March 2013
- Report for three months ending 31 March on 8 May 2013
- Report for six months ending 30 June on 15 August 2013
- Report for nine months ending 30 September on 8 November 2013

The Company's Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on 8 May 2013. A separate notice of General Meeting will be published prior to the meeting in 2013.
