Further Material Upgrade to FY2026 Expectations

Revenue Guidance Raised and Profit Expectations Increased by c.23%

Aeorema Communications plc (AIM: AEO), a leading strategic communications group, is pleased to announce a further material upgrade to its expectations for the financial year ending 31 December 2026 ("FY2026"), following continued positive trading during the second half of the year.

The Board now expects revenue for FY2026 to be no less than £22.6 million (previous guidance of no less than £22.0 million), and profit before tax, excluding non-trading foreign exchange gains and losses, to be no less than £1.0 million, representing a material increase of approximately 23% (previous guidance of no less than £810,000).

The previous guidance was announced on 6 August 2026 in the Group's trading update for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

The improved outlook reflects strong trading across the Group during the second half of the year.

The Company expects to announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 on 22 September 2026.

Steve Quah, CEO of Aeorema Communications plc, commented: "We are pleased to be able to increase our revenue and profit expectations for the full year again, reflecting the continued momentum we are seeing across the business.

"The position we are in today reflects the changes we made to the business last year and the strength of our client relationships. The move to a December year end is also proving beneficial, giving us much better visibility over the full year and putting us in a stronger position to provide shareholders with clear and timely guidance.

"As we approach the final quarter of the year, we remain focused on maintaining this momentum through to the year end and into 2027."
