Passing away of Hattie Llewelyn-Davies, Non-Executive Director

Adsure Services PLC announces with great sadness that Hattie Llewelyn-Davies, Non-Executive Director has passed away. The Board and colleagues from Adsure would like to share their deepest condolences with Hattie's friends and family.

Kevin Limn, CEO of Adsure Services, commented:

It is with great sadness that I am writing to inform of the passing of Hattie Llewelyn-Davies, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director on the Adsure Board. Hattie was integral to the creation of TIAA over 30-years ago and joined the Board of Adsure prior to its listing in October 2023. Hattie was heavily involved across all our areas of operation, making massive contributions in social housing, local government, and the NHS through her distinguished career.

Hattie had the ability to inspire and build confidence in people, a trait that is sadly being lost from today's world. She had a keen sense of humour and humility, genuinely wishing to support those most in need to create better outcomes for themselves. 

I count myself lucky to have had the opportunity to know and work with Hattie, I will miss her counsel and wisdom.

We will share more information in due course but for now, RIP Hattie.

As a founder of TIAA, and as the Senior Independent Director at Adsure, Hattie brought her deep knowledge of the sectors we serve together with shrewdness and commercial acumen.  As well as chairing many thriving organisations, Hattie was also the go-to person, especially within the NHS and local government, to provide leadership to boards tackling the toughest challenges.  She was a wise and knowledgeable board colleague who will be greatly missed by us and by the many other organisations that have gained so much from her involvement.  Although nothing can equal her family's grief, I hope that the fact that so many colleagues will be also grieving the loss of Hattie will provide some comfort.
