The Company has been notified that on 28 October 2015, Shauneen Lyons, the wife of Admiral Group Chairman, Alastair Lyons, sold 15,000 Admiral Group Plc ordinary shares by public exchange at a price of £16.22 per share and transferred at no cost a further 15,000 Admiral Group Plc ordinary shares to Alastair Lyons.

Alastair Lyons and Family now hold a total 297,152 ordinary shares in Admiral Group Plc.
