Contract Expansion

Acuity RM Group plc (AIM: ACRM), the software group specialising in cyber-security, which supplies its award-winning STREAM® software platform for the Governance, Risk and Compliance ("GRC") market, together with associated consultancy services, is pleased to announce a contract expansion with an existing customer, a supplier to the nuclear industry comprising the migration of the customer's on-premises STREAM® Classic deployment to STREAM® Classic SaaS and the addition of Third Party Risk Management ("TPRM") capability.

The customer has signed a new three-year contract with a total value in excess of £100,000. The contract comprises both a professional services component, covering the migration and TPRM deployment, and a recurring subscription component.

The contract increases the recurring revenue contribution from this customer and extends the customer relationship for a further three years.

David Rajakovich, CEO of Acuity, commented:

"We are proud that this customer has chosen to expand its relationship with Acuity by migrating from on-premises STREAM® Classic to STREAM® Classic SaaS, signing a new three-year contract and adding Third Party Risk Management. The decision reflects the value the customer draws from STREAM® and the work the Acuity team has done in supporting them over the course of the existing engagement.  The agreement increases the recurring revenue contribution from this customer, and the customer has indicated potential for further expansion of its use of STREAM® over the life of the contract."
