ActiveOps plc (AIM: AOM), a leading provider of Decision Intelligence software for service operations, announces that it has been notified, in accordance with Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, of the following transactions in ordinary shares in the Company undertaken by a director/person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR). The shares were acquired on exercise of share options, and a portion was immediately sold solely to meet the PDMR's tax liability arising on that exercise.
