Active Energy (AIM:AEG, OTCQB:ATGVF), an alternative energy company focused on the deployment of renewable infrastructure and the integration of advanced digital technologies, announces that Pankaj Rajani, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 3,486,399 ordinary shares of £0.00035 each ("Ordinary Shares") at 0.143 pence per Ordinary Share on 28 August 2025.

Following this transaction, Pankaj has an interest in 3,486,399 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.69% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
