New 25-Year Solar Power Purchase Agreement Signed with Cambridge City Football Club

Active Energy Group Plc is pleased to announce that it has entered into a new 25-year Power Purchase Agreement ("PPA") worth £0.83 million with Cambridge City Football Club ("CCFC"), located at Station Row, Cambridge.

Under the terms of the agreement, AEG will install and operate a rooftop solar generation system at CCFC's facilities, delivering approximately 151,918 kilowatt-hours per annum of clean, renewable electricity at a fixed discounted rate. This long-term arrangement provides CCFC with cost-efficient energy while supporting its sustainability objectives, and further strengthens AEG's portfolio of contracted behind-the-meter solar assets.

This agreement is fully aligned with AEG's rooftop solar strategy, focused on securing long-duration, revenue-generating PPAs with strong community and commercial partners. The Company remains in advanced discussions on a number of additional sites and anticipates further signings in the near term.
