Further to the confirmation of its intention to implement a share buyback programme, as set out in its announcement on 9 September 2026, Achilles Investment Company Limited (the "Company") announces that on 16 September 2026 it purchased a total of 50,000 of its ordinary shares of no par value each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 103 pence per Ordinary Share through Singer Capital Markets. The Ordinary Shares purchased will be held in treasury.

 

Total voting rights

 

Following this purchase, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 54,000,000 Ordinary Shares of which 70,000 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury, therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares carrying voting rights is 53,930,000. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
