APPOINTMENT OF STRATEGIC ADVISER
The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Hills as Strategic Adviser of the Company with effect from 1 September 2026.
Mr Hills has significant experience in investment management and corporate governance. Most recently, he served as Chief Investment Consul at Rathbones Investment Management, where he advised on asset allocation, investment strategy and corporate governance engagement with listed investment companies. Prior to that, he spent 27 years at Investec Wealth & Investment, serving for most of that period as its Chief Investment Officer.
In addition to his executive career, Mr Hills has served as a non-executive director of two listed investment trusts and as a director of the Association of Investment Companies, giving him extensive experience of the listed investment company sector and board governance.
As Strategic Adviser, Mr Hills will provide independent strategic advice and support to the Board, drawing on his extensive experience of investment management, capital markets and corporate governance.
