ACG Metals Limited (LSE: ACG) (the "Company") announces that it has, after a detailed internal review conducted in conjunction with experienced external advisers, adopted a comprehensive suite of new corporate governance policies (together, the "Policies"). The Policies, together with a statement from the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Artem Volynets, on their introduction, are available in the Corporate Governance section of the Company's website at https://acgmetals.com/governance/.

 

 

The Policies embody the foundational principles that underpin ACG Metals' ethical and professional approach to business and reflect the Company's zero-tolerance stance on corrupt and unethical practices. They apply to the Company's directors, officers and employees and to individuals and companies acting on behalf of, or performing services for ACG Metals and set clear expectations for the suppliers and third parties with whom the Company does business.

 

The Policies also reaffirm the Company's commitment to fostering a transparent working environment in which employees and third parties are encouraged to report suspected breaches of law or of Company policy, risky or corrupt practices or concerns about inappropriate commercial conduct, to the Chief Executive Officer or the Chief Legal Officer, without fear of retaliation. ACG Metals treats breaches of the Policies as a serious matter.

 

The Policies will be reviewed and updated periodically consistent with the Company's continuing commitment to best-in-class corporate governance standards.
