Half Year Trading Update and Notice of Results

On track to deliver full year performance in line with guidance alongside strategic progress

accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ACSO), the premier technology solutions provider for leisure, entertainment, and cultural markets, today provides an update on trading for the six months ended 30 June 2026 ("H1 FY26").

Trading in H1 FY26 was resilient and in line with the Board's expectations, with encouraging commercial momentum across the Group's growth initiatives and early strategic progress under the leadership of the Group's new CEO.

The Group has benefitted from cost efficiency measures implemented earlier in the year, while continuing to invest selectively to drive future growth, including expanding its AI and payments capabilities.

As part of its strategy, accesso is bringing its products together as a single, connected ecosystem - spanning ticketing; food, beverage and retail; guest experience; and virtual queuing - underpinned by its payments capability, accessoPay, which is now live, with the first customers expected to begin transacting during August.

Recent commercial activity has demonstrated a growing demand for this integrated offering. H1 has seen an increasing number of multi-product deals sold within a single commercial relationship, with a developing pipeline aligned to a bundled offering.

Outlook

The Board's outlook for FY26 remains unchanged, with anticipated full-year revenue of approximately $146m and Cash EBITDA of approximately $20m. Consistent with the Group's typical pattern, trading is expected to be weighted to the second half of the year which captures the summer and Halloween seasons.

As noted at the time of the full-year results, the Group's full-year expectations continue to include a number of milestone-based revenues from projects in the Middle East, principally in Saudi Arabia. Approximately $1.9m of this milestone revenue remains dependent on delivery in the second half of the year. The Board will provide a further update alongside the Group's interim results.

The Board also notes the separate announcement today regarding an IT security incident. Based on the work performed to date, the Board currently assesses that there is a low risk of financial exposure and the incident does not impact the Board's view on outlook.

Notice of results

accesso expects to announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 on Tuesday 15 September 2026.

Lee Cowie, Chief Executive Officer of accesso, commented:

"Trading in the first half was resilient and in line with our expectations, and we have made encouraging progress in executing our strategy. We are pleased to be seeing growing customer engagement aligned to our integrated platform offering, which brings together solutions across the guest experience lifecycle through a single commercial relationship. Customers are responding positively to the simplicity of the proposition and the clearer return on investment it provides, giving us confidence in the opportunity to drive increased customer value, sustainable growth and margin improvement over time."
