NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DELIST

Reference is made to Access Bank PLC's ("Access Bank") USD 50,000,000 Step-Up Green Notes due 2027 ("Notes") that are listed on the debt and debt-like securities listing category of the Official List of the UK Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") and admitted to trading on the Main Market and the Sustainable Bond Market of the London Stock Exchange (the "LSE") with International Securities Identification Number XS2427235119.

Access Bank intends to request (i) the FCA to cancel the listing of the Notes on the debt and debt-like securities listing category of the Official List of the FCA, and (ii) the LSE to cancel the admission to trading of the Notes on the Main Market and the Sustainable Bond Market of the LSE (collectively, the "Delisting").

It is intended that the Delisting will become effective on 15 May 2026 (the "Delisting Date"), such that the last date of trading of the Notes on the LSE will be 14 May 2026.
