Further to the announcement made on 16 April 2026, Access Bank PLC ("Access Bank") announces that the listing of its USD 50,000,000 Step-Up Green Notes due 2027 ("Notes") on the debt and debt-like securities listing category of the Official List of the UK Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") and the admission to trading of the Notes on the Main Market and the Sustainable Bond Market of the London Stock Exchange (the "LSE") have now been cancelled with effect from 8:00 a.m. (BST) today.
