Accent Group has confirmed interim leadership arrangements ahead of Chief Financial Officer, Kirsty Spark's planned departure at the end of November.

 

Paul Satchwell brings extensive sector experience at executive leadership level and has joined Accent to work closely with Kirsty and our CEO to ensure a comprehensive handover.

 

On Kirsty's departure, Paul will support the Board and the Executive, and together with the newly appointed Director of Financial Resources will provide continuity and capacity across the wider finance function until permanent arrangements for the CFO role are finalised.

 

These arrangements provide a clear and managed transition, maintaining strong financial leadership and oversight across the Group.
